Compatibility

The Norbatouch Mark I and Mark II both fit the following models:

• Novatouch TKL
• Rapid-i ("small" model)
• MasterKeys Pro S ("small"/80% layout)

Versions

Mark I

This was the first aftermarket housing of any type produced by Norbauer & Co.

Mark II

Differences from the Mark I:

• Risers no longer have a threaded rod that screws into the housing. Instead, they have a threaded hole. They are now attached to the housing via a screw inserted from the interior of the housing bottom.
• Deeper pockets for the plate hold-down screws to assure contact and pressure between screws and keyboard plate.
• The screws that hold the housing bottom and housing top together have been adjusted to be much longer (18mm) so that their heads are now very close to the bottom face of the keyboard.
• Larger-diameter corner reliefs in the main well of the housing bottom. This is done for improved manufacturability.
